What is Connective Tissue/Fascia?

      • Bathed in a cellular fluid

MELT Class Schedule at Yoga Branch: Each class features a specialization. Complete schedule begins September 1. 

Heidi Helping StudentMonday 4 – 5pm MELT Length
A Hand or Foot Treatment will be followed with a full body self-massage on the soft foam roller. This is the perfect “rest day” class. You will hydrate the connective tissue to relieve sore muscles and joints.
Wednesday 8:15 – 9:15am MELT Length/Strength Combo
A particular area of the body will be addressed with both Strength moves (that help to strengthen and/or repair areas of the shoulder and pelvic girdle and well as the core) and Length moves that gently massage those areas and encourage healing and release of “stuck stress”.
Wednesday 4 – 5pm MELT Strength
This class will focus on the re-patterning and strengthening of the mechanizing muscles of the shoulder and pelvic girdle as well are the core. This is a great class to keep you injury free or to help repair an injury.
Friday 7:50 – 8:50am MELT Length
Saturday  7:50 – 8:50am MELT Length
This class will be followed by a one-hour “Power Hour” yoga class, also taught by Heidi from 9 – 10am
