Lisette Hart - Owner
My teaching style incorporates inspiration from many years of studying Ashtanga and various other wonderful styles of yoga including 10 years of Anusara Yoga, Kripalu, Freedom Yoga, Power & Vinyasa & more. My Yoga Basics & Yoga Flow have a moderate to active pace with some challenges and a deluxe relaxation. Yoga Challenge adds more progress on the wilder poses, fun challenges and cardiovascular strengthening.
Come experience it for yourself, you'll be glad you did!
After creating and running Vista, California’s first yoga studio from 2001-2006, I sold the studio to spend more time with my family. I am honored to serve my students, fellow teachers and community as the Owner & Director of Yoga Branch Studio located at 1241 East Vista Way in Vista, CA. I also teach an Annual Yoga Alliance Registered School "Roots and Wings Yoga" Teacher Training, which usually kicks off in September.
Here are some of the teachers who have inspired me and helped me to become who I am today...
Tim Miller
Ashtanga Yoga Master in Encinitas, California. He was the first American certified to teach Ashtanga yoga by his beloved Guruji, Sri Pattabi Jois. I am grateful & honored to have completed his Ashtanga Teacher Training in 2001 and I will always be his student.

Success
To laugh often and much;
To win the respect of intelligent people
And the affection of children;
To earn the appreciation
Of honest critics
And endure the betrayal
Of false friends;
To appreciate beauty,
To find the best in others;
To leave the world a bit better
Whether by a healthy child,
A garden patch,
Or a redeemed social condition;
To know even one life had breathed easier Because you have lived.
That is to have succeeded.
-Ralph Waldo Emerson
