"Roots & Wings” Yoga is a Registered Teacher Training School with the National Yoga Alliance.
Founder and lead trainer, Lisette Hart, ERYT-500, BA Ed. is the owner of Yoga Branch Studio. She has been teaching yoga classes and workshops full-time since 1999 & training yoga teachers since 2005. She has over 16,000 hours of yoga teaching experience. Lisette was the founder of Vista’s first yoga studio, Yoga Vista, in 2001 and currently runs Yoga Branch Vista Village (formerly Yoga Vista).
Lisette has a dedicated personal practice & loves to share her passion for yoga. She credits her amazing teachers in the Ashtanga, Anusara & Indra Devi lineage for all they have taught her – and she has learned that our students are ultimately our best teachers.
This 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training provides skills, theory, and guidance in a small group setting approximately one weekend per month during a 6-month program. A unique and valuable component of this training program is the weekly apprenticeship hours spent honing your skills in Lisette’s public yoga classes assisting students and observing teaching techniques under her supervision
Graduates of Lisette’s program are teaching successful public and private yoga classes all over California, Colorado, and Canada. Participants may apply to take this training to become a Yoga Teacher or to deepen their own personal practice and understanding.
